Application of the warranty is subject to the electric bike being registered on our website under the “4 year warranty” tab with presentation of the purchase invoice for the electric bike showing the client’s identity, the product purchased, the date, the serial number of the frame and the battery.

The O2FEEL after-sales service determines whether the warranty or charges shall apply in accordance with the elements called for in order to establish the cause of the breakdown or fault. To do this, the after-sales service may request photos, videos or the electric bike being taken to a dealer’s electric bike workshop.
