The information collected includes your name, mailing address and email address, telephone number, and/or credit card and/or bike shop contact information and/or model, serial number, battery serial number of your bike and its date of purchase.

In addition, we automatically receive and record information from your computer and browser, including your IP address, age and gender (if your browser has this information), device type and the page you request.

By providing this information, you expressly agree to its processing by O2feel, in order to ensure the quality of our services, including the proper application of the manufacturer’s warranty.

2. Responsible for collection and processing

Any processing of personal information provided to O2feel is carried out under the responsibility of the company O2FEEL SAS, 137 Allée de l’Ecopark, 59118 Wambrechies, N° SIRET 52044184100050.

3. Use of information

Any information we collect from you may be used to:

  • Personalise your experience and meet your individual needs;
  • Be able to manage your warranty claims following registration of your bike on our website;
  • Provide personalised advertising content;
  • To improve our site (through the use of cookies);
  • To improve customer service and your support needs;
  • To contact you by email, sms or telephone;
  • Administer a competition, promotion, or survey.

4. Privacy of online trade

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. Your personal information will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason, without your consent, other than what is necessary to fulfill a request and/or transaction, such as to ship an order.

5. Disclosure to third parties

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to others. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website or conducting our business, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our terms of use, or when required by law.

Non-private information, however, may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

6. Protection of informations

We implement a variety of security measures to keep your personal information safe. We use state-of-the-art encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online. We also protect your information offline. Only employees who need to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) have access to personally identifiable information. The computers and servers used to store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

7. Duration of data retention

Your Personal Information will only be retained for the period of time required for the purposes set out in clause 3 and in any event should not exceed 4 years, which is the duration of the warranty on our bikes.

8. Your rights under the Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as amended, and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU), you may access and obtain a copy of the data concerning you, oppose the processing of such data, have them corrected or deleted. All you have to do is write to the following address :

In accordance with the regulations in force, your request must be signed and accompanied by a photocopy of an identity document bearing your signature and specify the address to which the reply should be sent. A reply will then be sent to you within one month of receipt of the request. Finally, users of the O2feel website can file a complaint with the supervisory authorities, and in particular with the CNIL ( https://www.cnil.fr/fr/plaintes ).

9. Unsubscribe

We use the email address you provide to send you information and updates about your order, occasional company news, information about related products, etc. If at any time you wish to unsubscribe and no longer receive emails, detailed unsubscribe instructions are included at the bottom of each email.

10. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies, such as tags and pixels (“cookies”), which improve access to our site and identify repeat visitors. In addition, our cookies enhance the user experience by tracking and targeting user interests.

However, this use of cookies is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information on our site. And we do not store any personally identifiable or sensitive data such as credit card information in cookies.
